A page to share my projects, blogs, data, and more
My name is James Herrera. I'm a researcher at Duke University, formerly at the American Museum of Natural History. I received my Ph.D. from Stony Brook University in 2015. I'm mainly interested in species interactions, diversity, primates, and especially Madagascar.
I made this page to share information about my research projects, including summaries of findings and updates about publications as they come out. I also want to use this page as a means to share data, codes for running analyses, and results. There's a page for my students in the AMNH Science Mentoring program (SRMP) too. On a lighter side, I will keep a blog about new articles I find interesting, and eventually I plan to write some bits of diary from my adventures in the field. I also want to share pictures from the field and hopefully everyone can get a little taste of Madagascar.
